Why not take a break from your undersea adventure and relax for a while and refuel with a stunning view of Bournemouth’s beautiful seafront? The Offshore Café is one of the only spots in central Bournemouth where you can enjoy a drink and a bite to eat in the sunshine while gazing out across the bay. On a fine day, sitting out on our beachside terrace you’ll be able to continue imagining yourself relaxing in the tropical home of many of the Oceanarium’s residents. Should the English weather not be quite so kind, never fear, there is ample space inside and large windows, so you can still enjoy the panorama of the coastline while keeping comfortable in the warm.

Whether you come in search of a tasty sandwich or burger, or perhaps a delicious Starbucks coffee and piece of cake, you’ll find something to tempt you. We know how much our youngest visitors enjoy our marvellous creatures, so families are also well catered for, with a range of choices suitable for little ones. High chairs and bottle warming is also available.

The Café is open throughout the year, so whenever you decide to visit us on your marine discovery quest, you can be sure of a warm welcome, good food and a special place to relax and share the fun together. Suitably refreshed, you be able to continue exploring all the Oceanarium has to offer.
