1. The membership types detailed below are they only options of Membership that we offer:
- Silver Membership includes free entry to the Park every day (except Christmas Day)
- 15% discount in cafes and shops
- NEW for 2025 10% off birthday parties.
- Gold Membership includes free entry to the Park (except Christmas Day) and
- 20% discount in The Cove gift shop, Offshore Cafe, and Bay View Terrace, one x Free Guest ticket.
- NEW for 2025 20% off birthday parties.
- 10% off Animal experiences.
- 50% discount in admission to Blackpool Zoo, Lakes Aquarium and Nickelodeon Adventure Lakeside
- one complimentary guest pass (Applies to family passes too)
- Bring up to four guests per visit and each guest receives 20% off. For family packs, you will receive 20% off
2. Family memberships have a maximum 2 adults.
3. A child membership must always be accampanied with a paying adult on every visit. There must be one paying adult for each child membership.
4. Misuse of memberships and membership cards may result in the membership being terminated.
5. Cards must be shown to gain any member discounts.
6. Replacement membership cards will only be issued on production of photographic proof of identity, such as a driving licence or passport and will incur an admin fee of £5.00.
7. Free entrance to the Oceanarium will not be allowed without a valid membership card. If you forget your card you will be charged an admin fee of £2.50 per member, at our Reception for validating and allowing entry.
8. Any change of address must be notified in writing either by post or email: info@oceanarium.co.uk.
9. Under 3’s are free of charge. Any child of a current member reaching their third birthday will be charged a full day admission or a membership may be purchased on a pro-rata basis.
10. There are no short-term memberships (except children turning three) or pro-rata refunds should you wish to terminate a membership prior to expiry.
11. Bournemouth Oceanarium is open 364 days a year. If RLL is forced to close due to circumstances beyond our control, membership cannot be extended or money refunded.
12. Member benefits are reviewed annually and are subject to change.
13. If available, any renewal price and associated benefits are offered subject to membership being renewed prior to expiry.
14. Bournemouth Oceanarium reserves the right to refuse admission and revoke a membership for any reason considered necessary.
15. The Park Admission Terms are hereby incorporated by reference.
16. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
17. If you are buying a renewal membership, you will need to provide evidence that you are an existing member otherwise the Oceanarium reserves the right to decline you from purchasing a renewal.
18. If you have bought a renewal annual pass and are not an existing member, you will be charged the difference.
19. After Friday 11 October, Renewals will be on hold until November. Please wiat until November to purchase your renewal if you have missed the initial offer.
Membership discount terms and conditions
- Black Friday renewals and new memberships are valid until Friday 29 November 2024.
- You MUST be a 2024 existing member to apply for a 2025 renewal membership and will be asked to provide evidence. Anyone who cannot provide evidence will be asked to pay the difference.
- Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Memberships are valid until 31st December 2025.
- A child membership must always be accampanied with a paying adult on every visit. There must be one paying adult for each child membership.
- Memberships are non-refundable once purchased.
- Passes must be used by the same individual, cannot be used by others.
- 1x free guest day tickets per Gold membership - valid until 31/12/2025
- Membership are non refundable
