Membership Renewal Terms

  • December renewals will be available online from 09 December - 31 December 2024 at 5 pm 
  • December renewals will only be available to purchase on our front desk from 09 December - 23 December 2024. 
  • Renewal prices are only available for 2024 members. Child memberships can only be purchased with adult memberships.
  • If you are buying a renewal membership, you will need to provide evidence that you are an existing member otherwise the Oceanarium reserves the right to decline you from purchasing a renewal.
  • If you have bought a renewal annual pass and are not an existing member, you will be charged the difference.
  • For online renewal memberships, you will need your membership code to redeem the renewal price. 
  • Please allow one week after purchase for your membership to be collected.
